CX Heritage vs. Terminators spine
« on: January 04, 2008, 01:51:00 PM »
I'm shooting Carbon Express Terminators 4560 right now. If I switch to the Heritage arrows should I go with 150's or 250's, assuming I keep everything else the same?

My setup is a 45lb@28" Quinn Stallion cut 5/16" past center. My draw length is 30" and my arrows are cut 31.75". I'm using aluminum inserts and 125 grain points and I shoot off of an elevated rest.

If I switch to 50lb. limbs should I go with 150's or 250's? Thanks for the help,
Jeff

Ide say 150's. The 150's are on the stiff side.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying,
"Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?"
And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Isaiah 6:8

250s would be way too stiff.

Thanks guys. That's what I was thinking, but 3rivers shaft selection chart puts me well into the 250 range for 31.75" arrow and 125 grain heads at either draw weight. I would think that their charts are way off.
