Pentax W10. This is an awesome camera. It is totally waterproof. They advertise 6ft submersion for 10 minutes. It scoffs at all day deluges of rain. I know because I put it through the wringer in the Tongass rain forest this summer.
Small case size, 6megapixel, 3x optical zoom, simple user friendly settings, video with sound, even underwater video.
I paid $300 and I think it would have been a steal at $400.
