camera mount for gorilla arm

Can anyone tell me the model number for a camera plate mount for the gorilla camera arm? Also where can I get one?

I have a camera mount off of a Gorilla camera arm I sold over the summer and forgot to take the mount off the camera.If the piece you're looking for screws into the bottom of the camera and goes onto the end of the arm and locks the camera on the arm let me know it's yours for the shipping.I'll never find the guy I sold the rest of the arm to and if you can use it great.
