Did anyone here ever shoot these 2 blade heads? I remember looking at them in a catalog and thinking what a great head they must be. I contacted the company and they don't make them anymore and they didn't have any backstock.

B52 was a fantastic broadhead. A friend of mine shot one from a compound into a cinder block and it came out fine. I may still have some...

I had some for my compound, still around somewhere. I really liked them, did not realize they were not making them anymore. Never did torture testing, but they took a very nice edge after hitting my traget numerous times. If you are interseted I will PM ya if I find them. They are 100grains.

I won 2 packs of the 125's during the st judes auction, I used them for deer this year, they fly real true, especially if the bow is tuned well, shot a doe and she dropped over in 10 yards, They discontinued them to make them better I emailed the company in the fall to see if they were defective, he said No they were just looking at ways to make them a bit more bomb proof without adding weight, I'm looking forward to see what comes out this year..

FYI I just received an email back from Montec and they told me they are looking to release a new two blade. But not until the beginning of 2009.
Just thought I would share the info.
Stay safe

I have taken a deer and a bobcat with the B-52s. The deer bled like a sift (pass through). The bob cat did not leave a drop of blood, but only went 40 yards. I shot the bobcat square in the front of the chest and my 30 inch arrow penetrated about half way. I have yet to damage one of these heads. Mine are the first ones they made that had the chisel point.
A buddy of mine shot a javie square in the head with one and the broadhead exited in front of the off side ham. Pig didn't run

Were the Shkote's the heavier 2 blade. If they were that is the head I am looking for. The B52s are a nice head...but I am looking for the 150-170gr 2 blade. It looked like an awesome head just from the pictures.

Yes, the Shkote's were the heavy ones. The B-52's were 100 and 125 grains I think.

I just got back from the shop. There are three packs of 125 grain B-52's and one 100 grain. $30 a pack, three broadheads in each. Twin Ponds Sport Shop in Stanton, Michigan, ask for Eddie. 989-831-4890

On a side note G5 is the company that makes them. Montec is another specific broadhead that G5 builds.
