I'm thinking of buying a chronograph for both archery and firearms. Anyone have any experience with particular brands, and/or recommendations?

The only one I have experience of is the Chrony.

Must admit I have only ever shot arrows through it and never used the many functions it comes with but it works very well and was pretty cheap.

I had the Chrony for about 5 years. It was all I would ever need. I never compared gun velocities, but I did compare arrow velocities to two different chronographs and it was right with them. It's a great little Chrony for the money. Wish I hadn't got all ignert and sold it!
