1st Bowfishing Trip of the Year
« on: July 03, 2008, 06:50:00 PM »
It was last sunday with my usual b-fishin' partners Timmy and Gary K. This time we had a couple special guests.

Tim paddling his dad Gary over to a spot across the river so he do some shoreline sneakin'.....

My Dad and Cade(check out his hat) fished....

This was also my first outing with the Bear Grizzly I won at JLMBH....good mojo!

Tim was gracious enough to let me try for the first fish.....Missed the first one,but made good on the second shot.....

Tim was up next but we never got another shot....sorry bud, you're up first tomorrow!  Gary also had no luck sneakin' around. Tomorrow morning should be good. We're hitting the water at daybreak.

Cade thought it was pretty cool and is really looking forward to shooting his first fish.....

Looks like it was a good day, even if it was only 1 fish!

Nice pics Curt, I also like your choice for a fishing bow. Your going to be in for a lot of good time with your son in the years ahead, I can tell you first hand that it gets better all the time. The fun seems to grow with them so enjoy every moment.

If you don't mind me asking, what river is that?
