? For you Arizona Guy's

I'm curious,  Did the new Southern Border that the fed. govt wants to observe effect your hunting?  Or, if you were allowed to hunt in the southern part of the state, did you feel threatend by what's going on down there? Last question, if you did hunt in that area would you carry a handgun for 2 legged predators?

Like I said, I'm just curious.

I haven't hunted in the southern part of the state and I do feel threatened by what's going on. This year is the first year that I've noticed our hunting regulations have a bold dotted line drawn around the southern part of the map with a warning that says "Homeland security issues along the international border may affect the quality of a person's hunt." Sound to me like we've seceded part of our country to the invaders... This warning may have been published in previous year's regulations but I haven't noticed. As far as carrying a handgun goes, I always do, hunting or otherwise, unfortunately 2 legged predators don't prowl only near the border.

I live in Tucson.  I have always carried.  I can show anyone who wishes to come here piles of backpacks, houches, clothes, trails from tank to tank, and we can go spotting for people.  Its has been this way for as long as I have been here. [28 years and counting]  The rest of the country is just now starting to understand what I see every time I go out.  As long as people are hungry and oppressed they will come here.  As long as we spend $ on imported drugs it will come in.  Think about this, in one area alone 300,000 people a year cross. To date my hunting partners and I have only found 1 body.  I see tracks of shoes less than 3" long.  I found a man who's wife was giving birth and called the BP.  The guys I know in game and fish found 3 guys from China whose passports had been stamped in Venezuela.  Hunters don't have problems as a rule we are armed and aware.  Once in awhile water and food will be taken from camp.  The flow north is much lower now with the bad times we have here.  The flow is mostly in the other direction.
