New bow done! Come and get it JBiorn!
« on: January 13, 2008, 09:01:00 PM »
I made this one for Jeff, a good friend of mine from Trad Gang.  He asked for #45@28", 58" AMO, osage limbs and said the rest was up to me.... (insert mischievous grin here)....

Knowing Jeff is a true blue American, I decided to go with an all American wood combo.  Some local black walnut, maple cores and black accents....

Sorry Jeff, I came out 1# heavy.  Hope you like it!!!

Fresh off the form:

First time I tried an accent strip, had to check it out right out of the form as well...

Ta-daa!

WOOHOO!!!! I expect Mizz Ross will shoot as pretty as she looks! Mike, you have outdone yourself, and hit the nail on the head with the all American woods and the look. I can't wait to lay my hands on her.
