Looking for places that swage aluminum shafts...
« on: January 17, 2008, 12:34:00 AM »
Does anybody know of any shops that still swage aluminum shafts for glue on points?

Any/all assistance greatly appreciated!

I asked this question on another forum, got two replies, then it was deleted before I could read them.  Now I post here after being told it was the 'appropriate' forum and I haven't gotten a single reply!!!  :(

Man!  I little inpatient now, aren't we?    :D     Your post hasn't even been on here for a 1/4 of a day and you're getting upset.    ;)    Sorry I didn't get to your post sooner.  I would have replied earlier had I saw it.

Mikes Archery does aluminum swagging:

I've ordered from them before.  They do a great job, and I've enjoyed dealing with them.

All the best,
Glenn

Glenn,

Thanks for the link!  I managed to find the two guys who replied to my earlier posts and PM'd them.  One suggested Mike's as well!

Inpatient!  :D  Actually, 'frustrated' due to the fact I had TWO replies on the earlier thread but had it deleted by an admin before I could read them...  :(

Thanks again, Glenn, much appreciated!  :)

No problem!  Glad I could help, and glad you got the info you needed.

Sorry... I couldn't help but poking a little fun at ya!   :D    I hope you have a great evening.

All the best,
Glenn
