Jim Horn's Calling Early Seas on Elk CD
« on: January 18, 2008, 10:20:00 PM »
Hello fellow traditional bow hunters  :)  .  I used Mr. Horn's techniques last fall; it was the first time I have ever experienced close encounters  :o  .  We had our best encounters as a team of two approx. 65 yr's apart; w/the shooter looking into the wind    .  With the first week of the season; we changed w/Mr. Horn's technique by calling for a total of 45 min. approx. 15 min. apart w/no bugling    .  Has anyone had similar experience/please share.  The reason for writing is I would like to watch any movies available, which illustrate these SPECIFIC techniques - is there such a video/DVD/if so; what's the name/how do I obtain a copy  :help:  .

God Bless,

Fellow Traditional Hunter,

Dan

Mr. Nordwell; I am familiar/have the elknut DVD's, but am not aware of what "THE THREAT", is.  Is the threat an item or a video/dvd?  I'm truely looking for a movie to watch, which will bring me down memory lane like/as though I was hunting elk/to possibly give me similar suggestions as given by Mr. Jim Horn, when he makes calls to sound like a "herd".

God Bless,

Dan
