I also use 2 on my hunting rig. Still testing other bows with just one but will probably go to 2 on them all. May have to try Charlies Way. I have always used the Brass Crimp on's. I set mine apart to allow very little movement between the nocking points without pinching.

I like one brass one above the arrow and then I slide one of those rubber cushions that compounders use with release aids under the arrow. Works slick, stays tight on the string and snug to the arrow and it doesnt dig a groove in my glove!
