Suggestions for Noob

Howdy all. I have gotten the archery bug again. I shot bare bow as a teenager (1960's). Dug out my old stuff and slung a few arrows and I am ready to 'practice up'. My bows are from the '60's and more collectable than 'huntable' I would like to get a new recurve for field use and have about $300 budget. I kinda favor the ugly but practical PSE bow with aluminum riser, or one of the Italian made recurves ( PSE Impala, Ramius, etc). Any info / opinions appreiciated.

Yea, the classifieds would be a great option as VM said.
You can find very good deals there. Not to say the bows you mentioned aren't any good, but sometimes you can find $500-$600 bows for around $300. Someone elses loss, is your gain!
