The Canadian bacon is great served hot or cold on a sandwich. It is really easy to make (simple brine) and easy to smoke.

Well I just got my shop cleaned up and re-organized. So I decided to take some pics. It is basically my basement with another room off of it which is under my front porch, was also able to get a 17 yard indoor range in it. Steve

I was going through old posts and saw this so I thought I'd bring it back to see if anybody has added anything.
My shop is messy, always has been and always will be...it keeps the WITCH from being out there too much. It has a gravel floor so I don't have to sweep anything!!! But, I do know where most of my projects are and what stage they're in.
