Straighten antler for knife handle?
«

It seems that most antlers I have seen don't allow for much of a tang to be inserted into the antler. I've read a little about straightening the antler and wonder if anyone has tried it.
Thanks!

I look at the way the blade will have to fit the antler before drilling the hole out align it where you can get the maximum tang length and cut the front of the antler at the angle your blade needs to sit drill the hole out at that angle .
