Hate to ruin a good custom cedar...but, if it had of been a broadhead and not a field point; this arrow would have split all the way.  :archer:
It  was cool to see, when the arrow hit the other one, the fletch along the split FLEW off! I thought I had skinned a feather off until I got closer.
The fletch is perfect and ready to use again..LOL!

You can see in the 1st pic where the Field point hit direct, causing a split almost half-way( 2nd pic).

So mythbusters, if yer watchin' it can be done! ( as it has on this site on a regular basis  :p    :p  )

Nice, At least you can fix the arrow. I finally did one this summer and both arrows are finished.

I may supeglue it back together, I have done it to them before with good results  ;)

You ready for some shooting on Sunday?  :)

Patience

Always ready and looking forward to it. I have been really busy the last few months and haven't been doing much. It is always more enjoyable when others are around.

Now that's some nice straight cedar, and a good shot.
