I too can speak the phrases for Bowhunting October Whitetails I and II. As a kid, I learned bowhunting all on my own with only books and videos. It took years for things to finally come together. The segment on whitetails jumping the string changed by bowhunting forever. All these years later I still remember.... After 4-5 years of watching my arrows fly over the deers back, sometime literally emptying a quiver full of 6 arrows on a single deer, I rented a copy of BOW I on a Friday. The very next day, a 17" wide eastern 5pt buck and three does passed my stand. I aimed low and watched my arrow disappear into the elusive brown shoulder of that buck at 22 yards. 75 yards later, I was the happiest 15 year old you ever saw. 4 years of shooting over their backs had come to an end. I watched the video again after returning home that day. I couldn't believe it worked. The following Saturday, another plump 5pt walked by my stand at 15 yards. Again I aimed low only to watch the buck drop right into the path of my arrow. The Zwickey zipped right through high in the shoulder. One copy of the Bowhunting October Whitetails video, many years of misses and 2 bucks in two hunting days for a 15 year old. Thank you Barry, Gene, Rick and everyone else involved.
