Great start rampage,

Nobody's first knife is a master piece, regardless of what some guys would have you believe.  ;~)

But the first ones you make are when you develop your style and tendencies for the way you work.  Every maker goes through it.

This knife is where it starts.  Carry it and use it.  It's how you'll learn what you like and don't like.

But no matter how many more you make, this will always be your first.

Way to go!

thanks for the good words all, the wife never really said her hair smelled of oak and hickory bbq so her hair dryer must not have sucked up as much smoke as i thought it did when i was trying to get the fire hot enuff
