Merino Bowie
« on: December 26, 2008, 10:25:00 AM »
Good morning everyone and Merry Christmas, yeah it was yesterday but I was at the firestation!  I finished this one up a week or two ago for one of my local collectors,  he was pleased.  Blade is my usual O1 steel with fileworked ss fittings and Merino sheephorn handle.  Hope you guys like it.  Take care,  Brad

WOW!!  That is one gorgeous knife.  I'm sure the new owner is on Cloud 9 right now with his new present.  I know I would be.

Thanks for sharing the pic.

Brad, is that a solid handle, or two pieces?

Do you have shots of the top of the handle we could see?

I'm building one like that now and would like to see how it looks and is shaped from the top or bottom if you happen to have those views.

Nice work!
