Hey stic You ain't gonna offend Me I'm just clownin. it is kinda uluish.
to really make My nessie i will need to use a differnt part of the disc or at least a bigger part.
it feels really good in the hand. I believe it will work for a lot of things from choppin veggies to skinin deer to slicin roast beef.not heavy enuff to be a hatchet.  Thanks for the git back c-ya Bob

Hey Prarie,

Not sure what it's called, but it is unique.  The Japanese or Chinese one have a blade that looks very similar to that and about that size or a little bigger that's a favorite of chefs.  Don't remember what it's called, but it's a lot like that.  Saw a chef on the Iron Chef TV show using one.

Way to go.
chiger,

I generally eat whatever I can get catched up!
