Exotic Knives
« on: March 16, 2009, 09:15:00 PM »
here's a couple i finished this past weekend. the black has gemsbok horn scales and the white has swordfish bill scales.  the gator skin was given to me by a good friend from florida who got it from a reputable gator farm.

VERY VERY Nice Chris! I especially like the Gemsbok handle one. How does it feel in the hand being grooved like that?
I reckon so

thanx fellows!  i love gemsbok horn for scales and hidden tang knives.  it feels great in the hand and polishes up like buf horn.  tip, i had to flatten them a little and was able to line up the grooves so my fingers fit in them perfectly while holding the grip.
