first in a while
« on: April 08, 2009, 09:36:00 AM »

I have been too busy to post much here lately, here are 2 from the current batch I am working on.

The top one is a small skinner/ utility forged from 1084, with forest green G10. the blade is about 3.5"  long, and is a little more than 1/8" thick. It slices and cuts great.

The bottom one is a drop point ground from D2. About 3/16 thick. Heat treated by Paul Bos to 58-59 RC.

I think I am about out of D2 and not sure if I will buy more, I have way too much fun forging, I guess I just love fire and pounding away!
