Who wears a Leatherman or other multi?

I had a Schrade that broke and never bothered sending it back...
Carried a Gerber needlenose ever since use it at work fishing teh lot.
I still have a rasorsharp Stockman in my pocket though.
I thought Scrade went under and no longer exist?????

I wear a leatherman wave. The knife gets used as a scalpel, the philips head gets used everyday, and the saw works great for drywall. Most importantly, the diamond hone on the back of the file is good for touching up my REAL knife in the field.

I just noticed I've had my 20th anniversary Wave for five years now because they just released the 25th model.

Gotta Leatherman Wave and a Blast. I gotta Gerber on my fanny pack / bug-out bag.
Normally carry the Blast as a E.D.C.tool, i carry a Ka-Bar Dozier folder as a pocket knife.

I was on a winter sled trip in the Brooks Range in Alaska years ago, and we broke a couple of tent poles. This was serious in sub zero temps. Took out my Leatherman and after firing off two rounds from a H&H 375mag, used the file to take the heads off the cartridge cases, making two sleeves. Crimped these around the broken poles as splints, and we were back in business.
I always carry a regular knife for cutting, but you can't do this kind of repair work with a knife!!

Thanks guys for all you responses! I have always carried a knife since about 12 years old. My other question is, what kind of man doesn't carry a knife? It always amazes me when someone will ask to use "my" knife!
