saw blades??
«

I see guys making knives from sawblades and it has really caught my intrest. I've made a few knives from blanks but i would really like to start making my own from saw blades. My question is what saw blades are good ones to use and if i have some i'm not sure about what is a good way to test them?? Thanks

Adam, In general, the saw blades without carbide teeth will make a knife blade. I would look for large, old (early to mid 1900's) blades thick enough for a knife blade.
