Al Foster knives

Anybody remember a knifemaker named Al Foster?  Think he was from the Dogpatch area in Arkansas originally, then I heard he moved down towards Houston, Tx and was making knives.  

Anybody ever ran across him or know if he's still making knives? His trademark was a scorpion on the blade.
