First Inlay

Guys here are a few pics of my first inlay as you can see I got a ways to go,but it will get better with more practice LOL  
Here are the tools I made ,kinda fun making the hammer LOL

Thanks guys and the wood is currly maple dipped in Black leather dye,then I sand.
Its about 1/2 done got to do that couple more times(probally let more cross grain show) then dip in boiled linseed oil let dry couple weeks and polish to get it to shine.
