Anyone know anything about knives stamped with DMP on the blade. The knife looks very simular to the one the G Fred is advertising above.

I bought a DMP knife from Fred a handfull of years ago at the Western Trad Expo. Great knife, I would assume that the ones Fred is now selling are one and the same. I emailed him a couple times looking for more info on the knife but never heard anything back.

Freds wife e-mailed me the other day about my post. I didn't push her to disclose where DMP is. I do know Asbells knives come from that company though. I got mine from Compton two years ago and forgot to grab the guys card. The knives were cheap enough at comptons I thought I would grab a few dozen and take them to knap ins in the mid west states.

I do have to say that I own two custom knives. One from WANO Knives, Blanco, texas which was given to me by my old Marine buddy and one from Sticshooter which I use all the time.
