Two questions if you all dont mind...
Should i sand the blade lenthwise or striaght down to the edge for the finnish?
And what do I use to finnish the handle, superglue will be to thin I am thinking...

I would clean the handle and then hit it with any of a number of paste waxes.  The antler is pretty tough and just needs to be sealed to help keep it from drying out.
