Knife auction!!!!!

Hello all.

I haven't posted here in a while, found a new hobby.........Pistols.....  Oh boy...

Anyhow, i got Permission from TARZ to hold a knife auction on the "hunting packs and knives" forum......  I wanted to give back to Trad Gang for giving so much knowledge to me and all of you.  Some of you know, i make knives once in a while and some of you are using some of mine from trades in the distant past.

I want to auction off a skinner im working on now and have all bid moneys go to the great moderators on this site!!!!!!!

I will post a thread here when shes done and will post the pics and all who wish to bid on this knife, can send your bid moneys to the moderators..........I am not sure how or where to send it.  Mods please help me here.

It may be a month away before she's done maybe sooner as im taking care of my wife who's going through chemo but i will work diligently to finish it.  I will also make a sheath for it, probably a kydex neck sheath or if you guys want leather belt sheaths, let me know.

Nice gesture but man, take care of your wife.  The knife can wait.  Have had several friends go through Chemo.  Not a pleasant experience for them. She will need ALL the comfort and support she can get.

Jeff,
    That's great.  But, How about changeing it to; all proceeds will go to Cancer Research in the name of Trad Gang.  I am sure TARZ will not mind.

Nice idea Badger.  Ray, i have'nt posted it yet, waiting till the knife is done with pics.
Badger, she does'nt have cancer, she has a very rare disease called Mastocytosis pigmentosa uticaria.  Or Masto for short, it is attacking her bones and they are grabbing at straws trying to figure out how to combat it.
I will do another auction perhaps later for that and maybe one to get a fund started for people fighting the DHS system to keep their adopted kids.  I have all kinds of causes but this Trad Gang is a great start~!!!!!!!

Thanks guys and i will start to work on the handle on my days off and hopefully it will go well...

Just now got the maple handle scales glued on, trying to make a dozen arrows as well.
Will post pics when done and start the auction, keep an eye out.
