I want to get a bench grinder

like the title says I want to get a bench grinder but im clueless as too what makes a good one. I will be using it mainly for sharpening anything from broadheads to machetes (spelling?) but also a little knife making. any help would be greatly appreciated

As a 'get you started' grinder, you can do a lot worse than the 1" belt grinders frn Harbor Freight for about $40.

The next step up, if you wanted something a little better, without spending a fortune would be a Grizzly (www.grizzly.com)
