Just wanted to see if anyone has anything good to say about this model. It looks like a great hunting tool. I thought I would check here before buying one.

I have used one for years and love it!  Actually it is my favorite knife!  Mine has a drop point blade and a saw / guthook.  It sure has taken care of its share of deer!

Its a great knife. just don't get the camouflage handle in case you drop it. A little history from a former Camping store knife guy, "From what I was told" by a vendor. buck was apparently get on hard times with all the new blood competition on the market and the advent of the single handed opening knife... So they (Buck Knives) decided to try there hands at the one handed breed. All the customers buck was loosing to the other guys saw the knife and stayed or came back to buck because of this, From what I was told by this same vendor The crosslock is the knife that saved buck knives from being no more.
