My Hand Forged Tongs
« on: November 28, 2010, 08:43:00 PM »
After Lin posted his tongs, I've got to think about it alot, watched some video's, So today I got in the shop and here is what I came up with. started with 1/2" round. Now I did have to grind the nose a little, it took me about 4 1/4 hours to do these, maybe the next ones will be faster and better.

Thanks for looking

Thanks guys, they are far from perfect, but they work good, they are harder to make then they look.
Lin you inspired me to try these, so thank you
