Stag Hunter
« on: May 03, 2011, 11:56:00 AM »
This is NOT! finished!
I just had to take a little break and show a small in-progress photo of what I was working on to someone so I thought I'd share it with you guys.
This is a 324 layer Twisted Stag Hunter.
The fittings are Ws Damascus, just not etched yet.
I'll get a completed photo up when she's done.

  This is NOT! finished!
When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

Dang, hope you add a finished picture when it's done. Like that one alot.
Very cool the way the sides of the guard are tapered, would make it way easy to fit a sheath to it.

Wow!....looks finished to me..lol
What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset.

No, but it could have been and I almost regret it.
