Best Blacksmithing Wife Ever
« on: June 16, 2011, 01:01:00 AM »
I have the best wife ever.  Tricia wants to move.  Why? she is tired of watching me drool over equipment I don't have room for.  Tired of hearing me talk about damascus blades and how I need more equipment to be efficient at making the billets.  Tired of me having a messy looking garage due to too much equipment crammed in to small a space.

She is looking for a place out in the county with acreage, a large shop or barn, and enough room on the property to set up a small 3D range and some target bales.  She is making sure the shop or barn  has 220 wired in.  She even found two properties that have large compressors that come with the shops.  She pokes around on Craigslist looking for blacksmithing items and equipment and points them out when she finds what I am looking for.

Throw in that she is a trad bowhunter, excellent fisherwoman, loves to camp, excellent cook, and loves to keep house.  Pretty on top of all that. I have the best wife ever!

You've got a great one, that's for sure    .  Glad to hear things are progressing towards that dream you told me about last fall.  Happy house hunting, buddy.

She have a sister?
When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

GabeO and SveinD they are either made that way or they aren't.  Talking to a woman without those traits simply doesn't work.  I spent a lot of years looking for the perfect woman after my divorce.  Turns out that when I quit looking she found me instead.

KBA yes, and they are all (*#$(*#$(  :-).  She is the only one of 4 women in her family who came out the way she is.  I got really lucky when she decided I was what she wanted, and was going to get what she wanted.  Her favorite saying is "You have one way out of this relationship and that is in a pine box".
