Has anyone ever used mulberry for a handle before?
I'm about to order a couple blanks to play with and was thinking I could use some mulberry that was given to me for the handles.

Never used it for knife handles, just craftwork and firewood. It is similar to osage in that it will darken with exposure to UV. Lots a variation, some almost white, some dark yellow. It can be brittle.
