Curly walnut belt knife
« on: February 21, 2012, 10:58:00 PM »
This is a belt knife I just finished up. It will be on my table at the OKCA show, coming up in April.
The handle is some superb, curly Bastogne walnut. It is simply holographic in the hand! I tried to give the spine a flint knapped look, and the flats are hammer textured. Oal is 8.25", and the blade is 4". The pins are copper. Let me know what you think.

I like most everything that you do Ben...but I REALLY like this one!  The spine turned out excellent, very nice package.

Beautiful knife! And the copper pins really set it off. Nice touch.

Don't know how I missed this one when it was first posted.  Excellent knife Ben! Really like the blade finish, copper pins and the size. Heck, I just really like the whole package.
cheers, Dale
