Mr Coffin Handle Bowie
« on: May 10, 2014, 08:19:00 PM »
Been struggling to get a few last orders done fore the Spring craziness starts out here on the Ranch. It's already kinda started but Mother Nature is helping me out by not letting go of winter just yet...

Finished this big rascal up today and as soon as I get the sheath done it'll be headed to the new owner. He said he wanted big, long, full tang and a coffin handle. I tried to fulfill his wishes. The laddered W blade is 11" long and just shy of 2" wide, the sharpened clip is just short of sharp. He said he wanted something he could stick plumb thru a bear...    :saywhat:  The guard is wrought iron and more curly Koa for the scales.

Hope he enjoys using it as much as I enjoyed building it.
