Tried something a little different... Sheathed up..

I've made knives out of hoof rasp before but this is the first one I left the rasp part on the knife so aggressively.

It is going to get messy and lots of holes for gunk to hang up in but nothing a nylon dish brush can't solve.

I think it turned out pretty good. This was also the first knife I put a tapered tang in and I like how western/cowboy it looks.

   

   

It has lined water buffalo horn scales. Still deciding on what to sheath it with.

Thank you all! There is some serious tallent that has wieghed in here and it is very humbling. It is a constant and continuing goal of mine to do better on the next blade. Thank you all again for always sharing. What awesome company I keep.

Got the sheath finished up. The owner wanted a ambi cross draw that matched his duty belt.
