I know - hard to believe.
A San Mai hunter.
But truly, I would make one of these a week if I had to. Each is uniquely different.
1095 core with 420 Stainless jacket and stabilized Missouri Black Walnut.

This is one of those where I just hit the exact temp needed for the San Mai jacket to act like clay and give me some hamon as well.
