it is 60" dano and yes i did see the flat spot but i dont realy want to take any more off so i will leave it at that. next bow will be good  :pray:

oh i am going to use a stain i have then tru oil. and i already have another bow plan in my head just got to put it on paper.  :biglaugh:  well i hope you are right john.

Just kidding, buddy, those last pics don't look bad, especially for a first bow (and not the easiest of designs at that.) Oh yeah - you got the bug bad now. Like a termite, already looking for your next chunk of wood to gnaw on. Gonna be fun to watch you scurrying around huntin' staves n' boards.
