Broadhead Sharpening?
« on: October 09, 2008, 06:08:00 PM »
Whats the best system out there for sharpening Broadheads? I have 3 blade Woodsman heads that need a serious cleanup and honeing before a hunt.
Thanks

Oh, search turned up nothing  :knothead:

Take a large flat file, lay the WW with 2 blades on the file and push it along towards the handle, then flip the WW and do the next two then the next. I like to take the file and reduce the angle of the very tip so it is not so fragile, also.   WWs are pretty easy for me to sharpen.   Pat

Thanks for the link and info, that helped a lot.
