another one on the go

well here is another bow on the go it is the same wood as the last one as that is all i can get LOL!!! it is 62" long 41# @26 i was going for #45 but took to much off oh well never mind anyhow here are the pics.  the wolfmans made another bow

The right limb is pretty hingy about 8" from your handle. The left limb needs to bend a little more in the fades.

what eric said, the left limb needs a bit more bend in the fade area, but your almost there!!

thanks guys now i see it. i thought there was something not quite right about it. i will fix that tomorrow after shooting at the club.

Too bad it broke Jeff. For years I never broke a wood bow...however some were badly bent! A few months ago I broke 3 in a row. Seems like every time I touched a bow it broke. That is part of the fun of wood bow making. Study the break and it can teach you a lot about wood, tillering and what not to do.    Now its time to start your next one.     Pat
