Lookin good!

Did you slide the taper towards center to make the limbs work according to center of bow?
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Kenny
When I laid it up I placed the center of the riser 1’’ below the center of the lams plus sliding the taper some gave me a stronger bottom limb when I cut the shelf it was 1.25’’ above the center of the riser. After cutting to profile the tiller was just about perfect.....stabow

that looks really good and i was planning on a hill style bow myself. My vision looks a lot like your bow, i was also planning on a takedown. i have only made one other laminated bow. would you mind detailing the lams used, glass thickness, etc.? thanks, Dan.

Dan
The glass 0.40
3 parallels 0.60
1 taper can’t remember but think it was 0.90
Riser was 15.5’’ long
Bow is 66’’ 45# @ 28’’
Hope that helps.......stabow

thanks, thats what i was looking for.
From the picture it looks like the parallels are on the back, and the taper is on the belly, is that right? thanks, Dan.
