God willing and the creek don't rise we'll be there.  Weather and setting are near perfect.  You could not ask for better hospitality.  Pappy sets a very high standard.  Wife and I drive over from Memphis, Tn every year, notwithstanding missing last year for health reasons.  It's a real, real fine get together.

Pappy, Last time I talked to Mickey he said if the weather permitted he would ride his bike down to the Classic. That has been a while ago. Maybe I'll e-mail him to see if he's still planning to come. I believe his family has had some med problems so that would a consideration.

I think Diane had knee replacement.  I'd imagine the economy might have bit them to, perhaps.  I'll email Mickey and see if he's up for a ride.  I thought about him last night anyway, after seeing some old emails from them.

Pappy we're gonna change our plan a little.  Usually we drive home on Sunday but this time we're gonna stay over till Monday.  Perhaps we'll have some show and tell time while folks are busy packing up and such.  I know you must work yer butt off all weekend to keep things running smooth.  A shame for what you might miss, but we appretiate it and there ain't no way to fit everything in anyway.
