does anyone have any tips on how to make lams?Ive heard you can make a router jig of some kind or using a bandsaw.Any info would be great thanks.

Most cut them from a larger board using a bandsaw or table saw. They will then be finished on a drum sander to the right spec. If making tapers, they need to ride a tapered sled through the drum sander.

My sleds are faced with sandpaper and have a stop block on the end.
