first succesful bow

this is my first succesful board bow it is 72 inches ntn it pulls 40 lbs at 30 inches it is made of red oak let me know what you guys think

Congratulations on your first bow. Looks like there is something going on in that upper limb. pic is small but it looks like a hinge may be starting. Jawge

Congrats on your bow. Looks great! I will be moving to Brigham City or Tremonton in the next few weeks, we will have to get together and make a few bows.

I am not sure about it Stretch, looks to me like the upper and lower limbs could lead to a severe obsession, followed by countless bows all over the house. Not to mention the hours spent thinking about the next design, new wood types and... oh crapp... laminates.

Great job dude. My first one eventually got cut up so I didn't have to see it again.

thanks guys for all the help and advice i love this stuff i wish i could convert my wheel bow friends to traditional gear i know they would love it.
