3 under tillering ?

I have herd some bow companys offer 3 under tillering. My question is there a differance? If so how would you do it?

At a high level, 3 under requires less positive tiller (and in my experiences zero tiller or the bottom and top limb are equal strength).

That help me,now I have to the hard part and begin to tiller a bow.
