Movies and Books
« on: January 11, 2010, 12:05:00 AM »
I tried doing a couple of searches but came up empty, and it's probably been asked to death, but what the hey. Can someone recommend a few good movies and/or books on making Laminated Bows? I'm going in for back surgery on Friday (#10), would like to get some ordered up for recoup time. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Bingham projects has the movies and supplies to get you going without looking further. Jack Harrisons book Traditional Bowyer, More Unnecessary fun is pretty good. Archery the technical side by Hickman and Nagler can help. Also the Bowyers bibles 1 through 4 are good for really learning about wood .Jim
