need some help

my brother in law has a bear stag.  its a 58" recurve and its marked 45-50#.  it has not string grooves and has just a tiny bit of warp in the limbs.  how would one strighten them and keep them stright

i don't remember which issue, it was in one of the last two, of Trad Bowhunter, there was an article on fixing limb twist on a glass bow.  It said to run it under hot water, twist it the right way, then slowly cool off the water. i think you can get an electronic issue, cheaply off thier website.
