Like Kenny said the tiller is way off, in that the upper limb is much "stonger" then the lower limb. Not sure how standing the bow on it's lower limb would affect that to that extent. Ussually standing the bow on one limb can cause a "twist" but not weaken a limb to that extent. You could sand the upper limb and remove some material to "weaken" it and bring the limbs back into tiller (back to ussually 1/8" - 3/16" for a 2 finger under shooter).
