Happy birthday - Gee I hope I make 69. You were on your first hunt when I was one year old...born in 57. Congrats on your marriage too...hard to find even that anymore..have been married 26 years now myself and with the kids gone (well a 19 year old) still hangin around I find we have more time together and I also have more time to PLAY.
Hope to get out this weekend to shoot some rabbits and we have a buffalo hunt in mid march
Thanks for the pictures and the stories they are GREAT

Happy birthday, Ken. Great to see those old pictures. Wish that I had taken some of those back in the 50's when I was shooting with my Dad. Thank's for sharing.

From "Feathers thru the wind..."
Now old and gray and wiser
A hunter in his prime
And his head is filled with memories
Of hunts in younger times
But he still enjoys a frequent jaunt
Afield with stick and string
It has a feel of youthful fun
Unlike anything....
Thanks Ken, and happy belated birthday. You are a shining example of life well lived, and living on! Congrats!

A late happy birthday to you, and thanks for the pictures!
I went to a shoot at a local archery club this summer and they had what they called "old pictures" posted. Everyone in the pictures was shooting a Jennings wheel bow. I like your pictures better.
Thanks!
